[PC] Unimpressed by Kanos response

    Why should we even try and help you better your game by pointing out bugs and errors when it is not even appreciated?
    I spent a lot of time in writing things down and wording it correctly so you could fix up the bug easily. My ticket was still open for 3 weeks and when you finally did fix the problem there was no Thanks. So i decided to put it in the forum pointing out how rude you actually were as a person and a company as a whole, but someone turns around and deletes the entire post which included a poll.. If we help improve your game you should at least show thanks minimally, but depending on how large the bug was there should have been some sort of recompense for it.

    Bare in mind most gaming companies don't have too respond an at least they responded back too you which that in my opinion is a Thank You! so luckly we do get a response an i am putting this in a respectful way!
