It almost looks like a myspace user photo.. if you use the Chrome browser you can right click on the photo & click on inspect element.. find out where it's coming from..

since i haven't had this problem i'm gonna guess you have a virus.

 

That is bizarre, if you are still having the issue try clearing out your browsers cache.
