you can write to support , but Kano is off till Tuesday, Monday being a holiday in Canada, so you may have to wait till Tuesday for them to fix your problem
Kano did say they were aware of some issues with the newsletter. Remember its something new they are doing. But as Linda said they are off until Tuesday because of there holiday. But be patient unlike the zombie newsletter that went out first and had a specific time limit to collect everything i did not see any limit when i looked a minute ago to collect. But yours has been documented here so it should be fine when they are able to help you. Can i ask what did you try clicking on some people were clicking everywhere on the email page when you had to just click on one of the refills your choosing and it automatically adds everything to the game.
i collected the one for zombie slayer without a problem. and the pirate clan one i pressed on the stamina refill. it bought up some mad code text.
