[PC] Disappearing Lock Box

I had about 307/308 FP saved up in my lockbox, then all of a sudden it vanished. Can someone explain to me why this happened? I swear M7tch said it was permanent?

 

It will hang around, yes, but there are a few conditions that will cause it to go away. If you submit a Support ticket we can take a look at your account and tell you what happened (if you haven't already that is).

 

What's the few conditions???

Me too, a lockbox never showed on my part either

 

I heard it was on Server 2 , seems it is something like the Piggy bank on FB ?? if I understood correctly.
