I understand there has been a boo boo. It happens. But let me ask, when shall everyone expect their tokens returned to them so they can make an informed decision on what to spend them on?
We're not taking any Grapeshots out, and any Grapeshots previously purchased will remain in your Inventory, it hasn't been exchanged there for the Voodoo Swivel Gun. The one Token item going forward will be the Swivel Gun, though.
The VC raid had a really good warrior item for 1 RT, but you never changed that to a much lesser item.
All games are different, so we make different decisions where applicable. VC having a different item in the Pawn Shop doesn't change what we do for PC.
To be fair to the players that hadn't spent their raid tokens yet, you should remove all grapeshots that had been bought and refund the raid tokens.
But the item you've put in for PC won't be used by players past level 2-300. Yet the item for VC can be used for players around the 20k level or higher

If this stands this will be the biggest boo boo in pirate clan history!!! Ok so kano made a mistake (no surprise there) almost like clockwork these days!! The grapeshot cannon was removed from the raid shop! Ok the item was not suppose to be there anyways.. fair is fair all token used to get that item should be returned and the item removed from inventory!!
Yes a bit of a mixup on our end, but the main draw of these events is supposed to be the Mythic level items for the highest amount of Raid Tokens. Having the Iron Grapeshot be the main draw was against our idea for the event, and will be something we keep in mind if we bring back the Raid Shop for another run. It has been a month of lessons for us in this regard, to say the least. Players who spent the Tokens on the Grapeshot received a good item, which is part of the reason we decided that it would be best to let those who purchased them keep it. If players feel other wise, they can write in to Support as we can't do account adjustments on the forums.
Just wanted to put in my 2 cents.....didnt even check the shop, usually never do until event is over.......So you are telling me that an item that could have been used for 1 raid token is now switched to a useless thing noone will bother to buy but the fortunate ones that checked in early can keep theirs? Thats more BS than usual... A mistake can be made but you could have let it play out without removing it so ALL could have had the chance to buy it....or not
My vote return it to raid shop... make a fair playing field.... everybody will know the item is not a glitch or error and will remain in your inventory.. previous experiences with you idiots when you all make errors we the players pay the price! And get nothing in return EVER!!!!!!!!! I have been playing here daily for 10 years yes 10 years!!!! This takes the cake on why people lose interest in these games
Thats really not fair to people like me that didnt spend the raid tokes on the grapeshot cannon but fully intended to buy that item. I was waiting because of the big mess up in the other game. There was a lot of people hitting hard on the raids but im betting they slow down or stop. You really should put it back the way it was and next raid make sure its the way you want. The only other fair way to do it is to take the cannons back n give people there raid points back to even the board again.
Yep tokens returned / item removed from inventory / or item put back in raid shop for everybody to get knowing it will not be removed.........
