[LCN] Where is the cane gun?

    Would anyone happen to know how to get the cane gun? Me feeble mind is tying itself in knots trying to find it. It is referenced in the workshop as an item required to build the elite cane gun. The popup for the elite cane gun indicates it is available in London at level 2750 I believe. All help is appreciated.
