While I appreciate the lively discussion in this thread, please remember to stay civil and respectful to your fellow players even if you don't agree with their opinion.
It's clear that there are a number of different opinions on this issue, which is great. I did, however, want to clear up a couple of misconceptions I've seen tossed around, especially regarding our Terms of Use. While we appreciate that players are fond of using the term "bullying" to describe in-game action, we feel that "bullying" has real-world connotations that aren't necessarily accurate for what occurs in our games. With situations with particularly aggressive players or groups of players, we prefer the term "griefing", as it's more accurate when dealing with online multiplayer situations.
I get it, somehow the word bullying is offensive, a slight on peoples character or just way to powerful of a word with to many negative connotations to use in this setting.
The Polish Pimp correctly identified two issues (By the way, that was really well written and thought out-kudos to you Polish!) personal and game play.
In response to some that it is not present in the game and that there is "no such thing" on a personal level-
To say that these actions have not occurred in the game is ludicrous, it does happen, it has happened, it may happen again. I am confident that KANO and the administrators have dealt with it when they are aware that it has occurred, unfortunately some of it has probably slipped by the radar.(please excuse the gibberish comment Linda, it is not gibberish if you were responding to Gunpowder, not me.)
In response to it does not occur in the structure of the daily game play-
OK call it what you like, I totally understand the predicament. I also put my big boy pants on today and I do not need to make up a new word (griefing is not in the dictionary-I noticed the spell checker even rebuts it because there is no verb of the word, as in ing, verb=grieving.) to deal with it. Since no one will look the word bully up and this is a free forum I took the liberty of doing so.
"Bully(bool'e)-n,,pl. -lies v,, -lied, ly, ing 1.A quarrelsome, overbearing person who badgers and intimidates smaller or weaker people. 2. Archaic: A man hired to do violence. 3. Obsolete: a. a pimp. b. a good friend; good fellow c. a sweetheart. 4. to intimidate or terrorize.-v.i. 5. To be loudly arrogant and overbearing.

If you do not like it in the game play, free will, you do not have to play..its all the same to me, a fight is a fight whatever you like to call it, by definition it is clearly present in the game..
SO THERE IT IS FOLKS, THERE IS SUCH A THING!!!!
Enjoy, battle on!
