I finally was able to figure out how to "Pistol Whip" someone, so I was able to get that chest. The other quest has me assisting 2 people. I've tried to do what they're asking, and can't figure it out.
What does the exact text of the assist 2 people say? Is it to assist 2 Challenges? If so check your Social Feed and filter the event for Challenge Help to find some of your Captains who have requested help on one of their challenges.
