Worked fine for me when I tested it, the network team might have been doing some maintenance to the server that Support is on so that might have caused the problem.

Maybe you (KANO) need to hire more people so this can get done???

 

This Christmas (2014). Past that there is no ETA.

 

So that would be in between this Christmas and Victoria Day? Just wondering. Thought a Canadian reference might be helpful.
