[LCN] Syn Wars Suggestion

Allow the "Saved Targets" list to be popped out and moved around the screen as the user sees fit.

 

Didn't you hear? You won't be able to save targets anymore.

 

Also, attack button will now randomly move about as you close in with your cursor. This in order to make the game more interesting.

 

Anything that discourages bots, scripts, and spending (most importantly) will not be implemented.
