I submitted a ticket nearly 4 day's ago and No response. I have been unable to play an account on Server 2. I have missed 3 lottery's, 3 daily boosts, and so far 1 bonus boost. If no one gets to my ticket, include 2 more lottery's, daily boosts and another bonus boost. How is this acceptable?
If you reply to your ticket before Support has a chance to, it counts as a "new" reply in the software we use and pushes it back, which would account for the delay. Not something you should be expected to know, I'll let Support know about the ticket, though.
