Just mentioning that it is the weekend and kano is closed, so I doubt ya gonna hear much if anything from Kano, till they get back in on Monday, for me, support has not been an issue, I know others that were having difficulty , I believe Mitch said it was a FB issue, but I did not have the issue, for whatever reason, but with the weekend and all, ........as far as the chat bans, that is another story, but Kano has to be in the office to ban people, also.
this is a second problem now, the very first one , was fixed but this one was announce that supports were aware of another problem with tickets, and its been over a week with the second problem, I know kano is closed on the weekend, but thanks for reminding
