[VC] support issue + 2

    You emailed me a new pass word that logged me on here ok - but will not accept it to email a ticket to support - so will send the issue here. I took advantage of your GP "Offer" of 105 gps....My card is registered with you so the payment went through - but no GP showed.....please can you find out whats going on please - Thanks.....

    The forums and Support are separate environments, so you password here will unfortunately not work there. Additionally I am sadly unable to looks into any issues regarding payments because of the limitations of the forums (and lack of proper privacy tools, which is essential).

    Although we don't usually recommend it because the ticket system we use allows us to track history and other necessary pieces of information, you can contact Support directly through their email address which I will send to you in a Private Message. They should be able to at least help you get into your Support account or deal with your problem directly. :)
