You have to do the ones it says to do, we all do even if we have played for many years, hover over the key and it tells you which ones to do , usually the last job in each location, is the best way, I believe the first location is South Midgard, do the last adventure till the key drops, then click next and do it till that key drops, there are four locations one after the other
