I believe there is a cap on how many lottery tickets someone can buy, unless im mistaken I believe it to be 1k a week. Kano or mods?
There is a cap, although I'm waiting to hear back on the actual #, and will update when I do. *Update* Max 200 per draw. Max 1000 per week. I know I wasn't able to touch on everything brought up in this thread, but I feel I covered some of the more common sentiments, and hopefully you feel that as well.
