Kano.. Can you please fix payments through Paysafe again..? You know.. SOME of us users don't own a credit card so that is the only way for us to get extra FP's in games... I just loaded my paysafe account BEFORE finding out I cant use the cash from there in the game... I HOPE this is just a temporary issue and it will be fixed BEFORE the raid event ends...
They said they would be off most of the holiday . I play on FB and kanoplay and I see the gifting and buying of FP's with no problem, but support prob won't be back to you until they come back to the office. Also they are not in on weekends anyway, regardless of the holiday. You really should send it a ticket to support if you haven't already. And of ya have already do not respond to it if they haven't yet, cause it will push the ticket back.
Server 1 that is FB .That is what I play on or kanoplay, same difference just no FB notifications. So is the problem when you click on the gift button it does not go thru?? I have never gifted anyone . I am not understanding the issue. Are you trying to gift the special ??

I remember seeing something about a site that was no longer an option to use, not sure which one it was but whichever one it was, they said they really had no control over, I use paypal , so never have an issue.

If PaySafe was an option that was supported by SuperRewards then sadly we no longer are able to use them as a payment provider. Super Rewards shut down entirely in early December 2019 and it was mentioned in this TGIF: https://www.kanoplay.com/blog/tgif-game-updates-for-december-13-2019.html As noted in that TGIF we are still exploring alternatives but we have nothing to announce at this time.

why not contact Paysafe directly and make a business deal with them to implement their payment option into your games? the same like with the "Stripe" payment option? so people who dont have a CC can put in FP nonetheless or the same as CC holders. just a thought..
