Depending upon which email service you use and your settings be sure to check your various folders. I use Gmail and the Kano Newsletters always go to my Promotions folder.

In seven years I've never received one for fb/kp1 even though my email address has been in the system, I always have to convert the links they send me for kong lol or get the links from friends

 

A simple yes or no would be nice.
