As we've mentioned in the last couple of weeks, we've been experiencing some issues with our mailer, which has unfortunately delayed the newsletter being released in every game except for PC. To help with this, we've released an community-suggested update that allows players to manually send the newsletter to their email address, and to view it in-game after it's been sent. You should now see the newsletter self-mailer on the home section of the game, so be sure it out! If you're having any issues with receiving the newsletter, please send a message through Support.

Send a ticket to Support and we will look into this but if you are getting that message that means we have a record for this reward in our database that matches your user ID. Did someone send you a link before you got the newsletter in the past week? This could explain your situation.

Somebody sent me a link to the newsletter before it was available to me - so I got that message as well, but I already have the warrior and the bonus points now. Thanks for that.

Here is the item for each game that the newsletter is giving out so if you have it in your inventory then you have collected this newsletter reward. VC - Night Raider (Warrior) LCN - Night Rider (Vehicle) ZS - Hot Shot Cannon (Weapon) PC - Blunderblaster (Weapon)
