We've looked into it, and everything should be dropping fine. The drop % is quite low, which is why you can at times go 300+ attacks without a drop. Keep killing the undead arboriculturists and let Support know if you're still not getting the drop after cutting a larger swath in the zombie forest.

 

If it is dropping it must be like a .00001% or something. I've asked before in my squad of 1000+ but nobody said they ever got a claw crane..

 

Just got my first claw crane now after weeks of trying. I'm guessing you just fixed it. Thanks.
