Im looking for the information kit in LCN..i cant remember where it is or how it is gotten..can someone remind me??

 

Click on Stockpile and scroll down. Should be second from last. Depending on your level.

 

Where do I find a RAH-66 Commanche?

 

Travel to Tokyo. Scroll down to to 3rd mission. Be sure to have at least 1 Cargo Plane. Click away!

They are new items to be crafted, but at what level you gotta be i dont know
