LOTTERY BROKEN.

Well this was a wonderful development. My major concern is that it was undertaken with no explanation. Why the change? What caused it? Was player input soliciated? The same with the counter change. Boom here it is discussion. Perhaps an explanation to the players would be a good idea.

 

They didn't even announce it on forum for us air our concerns beforehand. Just threw into the TGIF reports which are now only on the kano blog.

They don't play so they really don't care, nice guys but it is obvious cash flow is needed for kano.

 

first they change the daily reward system no more stacking,now the NEW lottery system no more free tickets whats next KANO doing this shit only makes people stop playing cause it's not worth the hassle for what you get out the game,i'm about ready to tell you to pack it where the sun don't shine

So the "Knowledgebase" was update just a week ago

Good eye SS0. We missed that on our recent update of the KB articles but the reset of the Jackpot to 50 FP is well documented in game and in our promo materials.

We'll be sure to get that KB article updated ASAP.

 

So why the Lottery was won on the # 4021 draw but when you check draw results there is 0 winners with 5 numbers? Was the winning player just an imaginary player? and it resets back to 50 fp's?

 

That doesn't look right, I'll get it looked into. Thanks for the head's up!

Edit: Pretty simple explanation, the winner has not validated their ticket yet. Once they do, it will show up on the draw history.
