Kano Come on Down. Address the issues we all see and fix 1 at a time with your player

    Didnt mean to start the whole "leveler" debate again. Weve been over that way to many times to remember. I think that topic might be better left to another thread...lol The only reason I even mentioned it was because we were talking about bringing back inactive and banned accounts to help supplement the battle page. The thing is that there is very few if any inactive or banned accounts at the highest of levels so an update such as this would basically exclude these players from any benefit of this update and they are the ones that are actually more in need of an update such as this than anyone else.

    I dont have an issue with a level requirement but that still doesnt address the highest of levels. I still think that even with a level requirement some will benefit much more than others. Im pretty sure there would be a lot more inactive/banned accounts in the 4-5k range than there would be in the 10k range.

    What about the natural fluctuation of things when it comes to the battle page? As one levels up they hit diff ranges that have more of a battle page than other level ranges. Would an update such as this remain constant despite the fluctuation in the numbers on a battle page? If so it seems it would be an advantage for those that are at or near the minimum level requirement because they will be guaranteed a good battle page from that point forward. Or would something like this only kick in as needed like when your battle page drops below a certain number?

    ive always thought there should be some kind of leveling arena type feature where 2 people could agree to battle each other and there would be no healing involved and after you both reach the 5k attack limit it would end...maybe have that once a week for people that want to level battle

    See that is what i was saying also Polish that as long as your battle page drops below a certain percent ratio 4 or 5 players online only then you have access to this feature but if you have more onlines then undead players then this would not be able to be accessed because you have an active fight list. If kano would put that into effect a ratio then it would work out. Like i said some players have 20 to 30 players to fight every day some of us are lucky to have 3 to 4 and its usually the same ones your smacking one another. And then once they can't beat you no more they seem to go offline quicker because they cant win against you even with a boost.

    Reading this thread, I go back to war mode as being out there as a solution to battling, period. Fine, some folks don't like to die, but in the process, you get rivals and you do get people to hit at all levels, for XP. Is it fair for me to hit Polish there in Kanoplay 2 as a level 3500, to a level 10,000 plus? Well, I would get my hits in, at bonus XP, and maybe be bounty'd for it to his guild. And from his guild back to Polish etc or on my turns, back to my guild too. But I would heal a bit on bounty or not, and in turn maybe list them back for own action as well, in turn getting regular rivals as well overhit warmode players I can beat. Making the "old" VC more exciting was done with war mode. Enter it, and battle. Battle all ya like.

    In my opinion to create characters to battle is bunk to the challenge of the game: in the case of people advancing past others, you have to make relationships, friend or foe, for purposes of the game. You do it. You can get backstabbed blah blah as they find others, and your choked for XP. But its like Chess, though, you either get it or you don't. If you think that if you outlevel the competition, what are you going to do????? If your level partner says enough, and there are no others, is Kano to blame for that? Can you be in the boss XP game? By yourself? That is why VC and some of the other games here are so good: you have to think at what you are doing to yourself and fit your game play into what is there, and not what is not there that you wish for. You box yourself into a corner, don't expect the developers to save you.

    I also don't agree with other statements, but they have been addressed in other threads or ignored.

    I do think that one thing that could fix the battling issue is relatively easy, if that is what "you" want in regular VC play: a bounty hazard where the bounty taker would randomly get listed, by Kano Gold at base with no multiplier. Instant rival(s) for the bounty hunter. This too though has been suggested before and when it was, the best bounty hunter I knew, was in favour of it. It would be action for sure. I think the opt out should be present for those in war mode only. It would put a reverse onus on the hunter to be hunted themselves, quite randomly. Would it be earth shattering? Or tough to implement? Only the devs would know. Would it be a desirable feature in the calculus of the game play itself? It would certain shock some. And by hazard, could suddenly put whoever in a position of fighting with counters or with straight attacks v. straight attacks, or fighting against counters, etc. It would add life.

    i love the idea of random bounties and know the thread youre talking about....it would def add alot more to the game and make it alot more active...even the people that dont normally bounty hunt would become more active
