happening to anyone else?

you sir are verry lucky. you really dont want this problem it is verry anoying

 

i think its a problem with the speed the page is loading...it is still happening but if i wait about 5-10 secs the page returns to normal...dont know if that helps or not. maybe try using a cheaper pc instead of the awesome ones im sure you all have at kano lolol that could help you to recreate the problem

I'm not sure that I understand the issue, but I have a question. What browser are you using? I use Chrome, and I have very few problems with page formatting, screens jumping, etc. I have tried Firefox, and while it works, it didn't seem to work as well for me. If you're not using Chrome on an actual computer (not a phone or a tablet), maybe that will help.

 

ya i am using google chrome on a desktop. i have the most up to dat on all everything that i use plugin wize.(adobe flash microsoft silverlight chrome itself ect)

and i know it might be a little hard to understand what it is by the pics but i have explained it in a previous post as best as i could but sence i dont have a way to record the problem and edit all of the names of people out of the video i cant show exactly the problem but i feel as though the way i explained it, explains exactly what is wrong. and i see that some other people that have posted here seem to have the same problem on kanoplay and also a couple other sites. they had the problem fixed for a little while but then they put a patch in and it went back to being i guess broken you could say. and i posted saying that it was broken again but it seems kano has either given up on this or haven't found the problem yet because they cant replicate the problem.

also i just switched to a new comp and it is still acting up and the comp is 10 years newer then the old one i used where i initially found the problem.

my new one is a 2010 model. but i am getting some parts soon tht will be better, the one i have now is sorta going to be my test comp where whenever i find a better part i will switch it out with it. but i havt gotten/found any better parts as of yet

 

so this problem is still occering but also this has just started happening. just relized today. thinking that this might also be contributing to the original problem somehow but not sure.



so as you can see what is supose to be at the verry bottom of the screen isnt at the botom for some reason and i can still scroll down a little more

it only happens when the glitch occurs happens that i was talking about in the thread. and i have the most up to date stuff as well just use google chrome instead of firefox

 

happens to me on kong every now and then unless i leave my page open and even then it happens here and there...i use avant browser with the google chrome rendering engine

 

not only does that happen, but the other day I went into the game and purchase a few god father points to get the new gear,, that went thru ok but I found out i didn't get quite enough so I went back to purchase alittle more and it came back that all my information was not received for that application (mob Wars (lcn), so I tried again and it still would not work and now I cannot purchase any gf points for now. so I tested it on Viking clan and everything was working there, so I sent in a report and open a ticket to kano, its now going on a few days and I still cannot get thru and kano has not anwered my ticket yet, so I copied the messsage and sent that to my ticket to be added in my report to them. hope they find out what is the matter soon

 

@maddog1122 I assume you're playing on Facebook? There's an issue with Mob Wars: LCN and payments through Facebook. Clearing your browser's cache (Google that if you don't know how to do it for your specific browser) will clear that up.

 

It happens more often on Kongregate because our game needs to work with their overlay and sometimes they don't play nice.

Generally, according to our tests, this seems to be caused more often by slower Internet connections or outdated browsers. Of course, a good old fashioned cache clearing helps as well!

 

i figured it was a glitch in the matrix which is why ive pretty much left this one alone...it has gotten alot better than what it was and i havent changed a thing so you guys must be doing something right...most likely an accidental fix ;p

really? they actually work there at kano? i just thought it was a bunch of bored stoners with nothing better to do but push out kick ass games ;p hahaha
