happening to anyone else?

only refreshing my browser. but this started happening again on the 10th so just a little over a week

 

yes and that has no effect on the problem, it happens randomly

 

for me it happens every time i accept all of my gifts. and when i do that it pushes the page down but right when i click send gift back the page goes to its original size, so i lose all of those gifts because i cant send them anymore meaning i have to go find those people and manualy send them a gift from their profile.

 

What are you browsers/operating systems? If it happens randomly it might help us narrow down the causes.

its not happening random for me it is happening constantly when i am sending gifts and the page is pushed down, dont think i need to explain the problem again lol.

the operating system i am using is windows 7 home premium the browser i use is google chrome with the extentions adblock and speed dial

 

windows 7 home premium...i use avant, google chrome and IE and its happened on all of them....on kong it happens when i have over 30 gifts and i go to accept them individually, it happens on kanoplay server 2 when i click on the guild feed notification. on kong its not that much of a hassle, once i accept a gift it expands again but on kanoplay i have to scroll down to check for a new message and see that im unable to then close out the feed and re-open it....detailed enough? ;p

 

bump still not fixed and it has been a while now

 

double bubble bump, tried using 4 diff browsers and it happens on all of them, especially when im on kong

 

I had this problem to when I try to do some undead the list is stuck no scroll so I drag the website (below)uhm but hard to explain it but I take some screen shots if it happens again.

 

when that happens, try refreshing your browser, it has worked for me

It started happening to me in ZS a few days ago with the undead, I hit one and the page goes right back up to the top and now it is happening in PC with bosses, I hit the boss and if I want to use the lower battle button it goes back to the top one, for a few days now, I heard someone else having a similar issue, sounds like it is getting more widespread.

 

yeah it is happening and it seems to be getting worse. they had it fixed for about a week a little while back and i thanked them for fixing it in the thread but then a couple days later they released an update for the game(new content) and now it is worse then it was before.

also why is my pic pending for approval? it isnt inappropriate, but i can change it if it is deemed inappropriate, i have a ton more bump pics that i need to use hehe

 

Honestly we haven't been able to recreate this error yet but we're still investigating it.

Also the bump pic is pending approval because I had this page open for a few minutes and the repeating motion in the corner of my eye started bugging me.

well best of luck solving it. ill change the picture. also here is what i am useing and am having the problem with:

windows 7 home premium
google chrome- Version 30.0.1599.101 m

EDIT: it isnt allowing me to remove the other pic. when i go into edit the picture in the number/letter form thing doesnt show up, so i cant delete it

 

its only happening to me on kong vc on every browser ive tried...IE, chrome, avant, maxthon and it usually happens in the adventures or on my list of bosses im in on

 

I do not have such problem.....
