Hey all, Today we’re going to be making a couple small changes to Zombie Slayer that we think will liven up Fighting a bit; we’re also going to be reducing the level cap needed to acquire all Hired Squad slots. Here’s what’s changing: Increase max daily attacks against another player from 40 to 100 Raise XP limiter from 20 attacks to 80 Change Squad/Hired max unlock cap to Level 90 from 130/3,000 respectively And that’s it! Pretty small list of changes today, but we have more on the horizon for Zombie Slayer if these go well. Let us know how these changes feel or if you run into any issues.
Did these change include eliminating the 3 limited time item (purchase with UN)? And old real limit was 41 and new limit is 101 attack.
No this was not intended but I see that they are missing! Looking into this right now. EDIT: this is fixed up. A new "Tropical" set of Limited Time items is now live.
ZS has always been designed to be harder to level with less chance of fights. It's part of the reason many of us chose ZS as our main game. It's a different feel. And while folks still whine that they are being bullied, how bullied can you be with 41 attacks. Even if it's daily. 41 is easy to overcome. It's the whole base of ZS. EVERYTHING is limited. It was not meant to be played past level 1000. It was built so that it was harder to open locations, harder to level, harder to fight and less dependent on how much squad you have. Over the years and with the personnel changes the ideas that they worked on for PC and VC were dropped in. Often making no sense at all in the way ZS is played. The biggest problem in the fight component was the ability to ambush for the entire daily fight. 75 ambushes available and you can only attack someone 41 times a day.
Just wanted to point out to people that this has also unlocked the ability to sell back unused UN items also.
Ahh I get ya now. Yes that was one of the effects of this but it also means that you will start utilizing a lot more of your inventory sooner too. But I hear ya. Thanks for following up.
