Please contact Support in matters of payment/difficulty with your account. We can't do much here in the forums due to privacy reasons. Chances are, Support will direct you to whomever is processing this transaction as the error appears to be on their end.
Support response time is 24 - 48 hours, not 72. Please also try contacting paysafe card as they are the ones who are processing this transaction for you.
To this paysafecard PIN can not be used for payment at this online store then why there is such method for purchase? I hope you understand that this now makes me nervous I have no other methods to purchase the territory of that country!

I apologize for the inconvenience, but Kano/Apps itself does not process transactions, we work with a variety of partners on our different networks to provide those options. We can get in touch with the partner who has ownership of the transaction here, but if paysafecard doesn't have us on their list then the transaction can't be processed. Sometimes this is temporary if they are performing maintenance and the ability to purchase using that method will return.
If you do a google on Paysafe they have a terrible reputation anyway. Seriously, do some homework on this site. Respectfully, my suggestion is to set up a Paypal account if you can.

This indeed may be true. However, I do a lot of online shopping and gaming. Internationally, Paysafe is just not all that safe, nor reliable. I have seen and heard of many complaints regarding this method of payment across the internet. I do thank you for explaining this glitch mich.
