counter attacks

i was told that it does restart the 24hr window but that doesnt appear to be happening.

either i was misinformed or its a bug that the timer isnt restarting

Actions that contribute to your attack against count (keeps you in their rival list) include
bounties, whip, mass whip, triggered counter attack, triggered bounty trap, attack, vs attack.

Actions that affect the timer (will reset and prolong attack count over x days) include
bounties, whip, mass whip, attack, vs attack.

Actions that don't affect the attack count timer include triggered counter attacks and triggered bounty traps.
