counter attack glitch?

I tried to set a counter attack on higher level GBJohn çause he'd attacked me over 20 times in 24 hours...

this is what I get:

In order to setup a counter attack, GBJohn must have attacked (Battle or CageMatch) you at least once in the past 24 hours.
