Challenges not working for me/for several days. i go to jobs, then challenges, then click on a challenge and it goes to a white screen. have to reload/refresh and it comes back to the home screen.
I'll ask the developers to look into it, but please make sure that you are using one of our supported browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox, Safari and Opera) and that you are using the latest version. Sometimes out of date browsers can cause issues like this. Please let me know if you are all up to date.
nevermind, i just figured out what is wrong. sorry that i bothered you with this. i must apologize. when i hit the button to launch the challenge, the screen does indeed turn white. but what i didnt notice before i posted is that the window scroll is all the way down at the bottom. i scroll up and it is there. why it does that or why there is a large area of white below where the challenges are ,i dont know. i am currently on the miami challenge., have just started a new one
