Can't connect to chat

The chat won't load on me. It just says "Chat is connecting."

I saw this thread http://forums.kanoapps.com/threads/chat-troubles.14137/#post-114139 and I tried what mi7ch said

I am accessing the game from home
Incognito didn't work, tried firefox and IE too but it didn't work either
I visited http://xwchat.kanoplay.com:8142, it says "Welcome to socket.io."

I am playing on Armor games
The chat works on mobile


any suggestions?
