Okay I slapped this player 1x, and bounty 1x .. war points??? how is he getting to beat the piss out of me now???

And it is first time I have touched the player in 2 days.. been looking for him to bounty him but he has been dead every time I am on line.

 

The same retaliation rules apply. If you attack an out of range player then that will open you up for attacks for 24 hours from your last attack or the higher level player kills the lower level player.
