How do you get a bounty? I've been playing for over a year and participate in the Bounty Blitzes. I've tried mobile. I've tried a faster connection. Not a single bounty. Does it seem like the higher level players are the ones bagging bounties? When I am able to find a target, the hit is almost always no longer available.
