The problem is there's no way to prove anything via an IP address, they may be separate people or they may be the same person, who knows?

yep that what i was talking about.. they should not ban the account immediately..

okay got stupid idea..
dont care for the alts account.. and when they be on the top.. we will know them easily .. because we will see what they do.. they will be more famous until then.... and then we can know if he have alts account or not ^^"
