I've got this message this morning on every single boss. Each one I observed all members in the boss battle's hit count remain constant meaning they were not attacking said boss. Talked to a few others and it was happening to them as well. Serious glitch here methinks.
Same is happening on Face Book, this also goes for bounty you can't attack, and bounty is still on for 20 minutes level 25. he/she must be some hard bastard to kill
