I noticed that some players are able to obtain the Boss Helper Reward when their own boss is defeated, but other players( like me) don't have this privilege. So... who is actually affected by a bug, people like me or the other ones?
Some Boss rewards require a minimum damage to be met in order to claim them. Can you double-check if you're meeting the requirements and if not then submit a ticket to Support so they can look into your account?

I'm going to have the developers look into this before I can give a definitive answer, seems like there is some conflicting information around this. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and I'll update this thread when I get to the bottom of it.
So I was incorrect, Boss Helper rewards should not have gone to the Boss Owner under any circumstances however there were instances where this was not the case. The developers are in the process of correcting this for all games (Pirate Clan has been updated) so you will no longer see Boss Owners collecting Boss Helper rewards.
