Hello,thought I would post this here as to what is happening each time I take the link for a bonus. First it goes directly to where I can start the game and not to any bonus location . I use Firefox as a browser when I come to the forum area to select my bonus. This is not the first time this has happened. It has happened several times and does the same thing each time the bonus link was selected.
Yeah it should take you to your game and in a sec or two the bonus shows up and ya click it to collect , unless you are clicking the link for the wrong platform ??
ok bu just checking are you clicking the link for the right platform that you play on, if so, then send in a ticket to support, but Kano mentioned in the TGIF Monday is a holiday for them so supports response might take longer till they come back to work.,
