The ever ongoing problem with BA. To make more people join they have to feel its beneficial and fun so something has to be done to make them have a chance to place well. But the stronger players that always place well will also benefit from every change so nothing will change in terms of the top players will still be the top players.
The Fun Factor in playing Battle Arena is way up there for me. It is one of my favorite parts of the game. I could care less about experience gained, but rather enjoy seeing how long I can stay alive each time. Also, there are some nice battle drops as well.
Its worth using stam. The xp and rewards are great if you find the right targets. But using stam refills for UN is not worth it imo.
Thats not necessarily a given.... If more participate then the kills and points are more spread out, less kills for the top players to get will mix the results up a bit and make for a closer finish.... Sure the top 3 will most likely be battling amongst each other for the top spot but below that would become alot more interesting
Not sure how it is on S2 Demonik, but FB is way different than top 3 fighting it out for the most part.
the problem is when everyone is in defensive stance, then the return for stamina used stinks, you have to search around for targets not in defensive stance which is a real pain in the a**.
yeah, but do you really want your save list to have 100 players on it? or wait an hour or two to get some decent xp when players come out of defensive stance? i just do what i can, some times are better than others for me.
the bots and scripts are crazy. the brawl phase is totally useless. i can usually get a halfway decent ranking when i'm able to participate in the sudden death phase, but if i can't, there's really no point to even joining.
im sure it is a bit different but the reasoning is the same...if more are fighting and killing then the results will be affected
i think your stat allocation and overall strength play a major part in arena success. i just got my first top 3 without spending any money (although i did have to spend a few FPs). sure, spending helps, but you don't have to spend to do well.
applejack is right ill give a clue to help every1 rank better,play with attack items for me bigger the player better the point no that dont always mean biggest health,bigger level players give better everything.....auto join or free level when u sign up something to get numbers up as it is now the spenders are killing each other b4 we can use our refills up...
Any of you think it is possible to get rank 5 or better in the BA without using favor points? And if it's possible, you need to have a really good account, don't you? Because Im just about to hit level 600 and even saving dailies and my stam boost I don't see any way to get a high rank in the BA.
I only played the BA a few times, and died after a few minutes when it started the first time I played and I was in this defensive mode, I don't know if this was a cheat, my character is not prepared enough or it was just bad luck having too many people attacking me...
yes it is possible a lower acct with high stamina could do it in the current setup i believe cause with participation at an alltime low all you have to so is play use boosts, rewards and other bonus stuff and you can finish atleast 5th or better
To end up with a good ranking one can't hang out in defensive mode. Winning is all about points acquired from hitting others.
It used to be that way you can hang in def mode it should have changed to at least 5k in hits and one kill for def players. And everyone would have been happy. Not this new point system. Kano claimed at one time anyone can win Battle Arena. Well yes and no now. Yes anyone can win no not everyone is going to spend 100s of dollars on one feature to win just one time. So it's no longer considered everyone can win. The biggest billfold wins now.
