[Forums] Autofill weapons not always working

I have had a couple of people in my Armada complain to me that autofill is not correctly loading with the "Strongest Overall" option properly. I have successfully used this option myself and find it is fine. The players who are experiencing problems are competent people who understand and I have no doubt are interpreting their facts correctly.

 

If you can provide us with some more specific details we are more than happy to investigate.

 

When i try to change my loadout, I cannot. No matter what I try, it always reverts back to "Strongest overall". No matter if I autofill or reload weapons manually.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Apologies on not getting back to you on this. Looks like this slipped under my nose.

While the drop down will say "Strongest Attack" this is just the default option that shows for the AutoFill and does not necessarily represent your current loadout.

For example. Say I choose Loadout A and click Autofill with "Strongest Defense". Strongest Def items will be equipped to Slot A. If you then choose Loadout B and autofill with "Strongest Attack" then your highest Att items will be equipped to Slot B. Now switch back to Loadout A and notice that the items selected when you auto filled for Strongest Def have not changed but the default value in the dropdown reset itself.

Hopefully I didn't make that more confusing

 

Actually it makes no sense. The default value should represent what the Loadout is. If it always says Strongest Overall, how am I to know what it really is?

 

Thats the problem. It doesnt change.
