What was fixed about defensive stance is that you can't enable it while you are knocked out during the Arena. I've checked with the developers and what @Jaegermeister mentioned is not on the radar currently, but they will look into it.
we had a problem again on FB/ZS's arena a few days ago people having trouble getting in to def stance while being attacked... not sure whats up w/ that...
