Anyone run into a bug where the app is zoomed in so far as to make it unuseable? If so were you able to find a fix or a work around? it's only the ZS app. The others are fine. I'm at a loss. Uninstalling and reinstalling isn't working. Seems to have happened after the latest update of June 13,2019
Can you please post the details of the device you are using. Device Model Android OS Version Only ZS seems odd but if you can pass along the info above it will help us debug this.
Try... Settings->Accessibility and look for and turn off magnification gestures (maybe in a sub category called vision) This make the device zoom in if you tap 3 taps quickly.
It is already off. It's ONLY the ZS app. Not the pc or vc one or any other vendor's app. I sure do appreciate your trying though.
android system update a few days ago Still a problem. I believe I had an app update as well. Still a problem. Really stinks the app is only good for the chat window
