I don't know for sure about the others, but I only play on MySpace (Jillian, LB, and Polish may also have accounts on FB, but I don't myself)....

Yes, I was surprised when a buddy of mine sent me a message saying that he saw my health was really low in the arena... I guess it's not too hard...
