I showed this thread to the developers and there is no glitch associated with doing the Keys out of order.
Our data showed us that XP payouts should be functioning correctly still, but we'll continue to monitor it just in case.
Try going to the full version of the site on your device's browser, you should be able to participate in Syndicate Wars that way....
