this happened to me yesterday. i killed a lower level player that picked up my listing. now i can't attack him anymore unless he opens a window...
i didn't see much of a difference myself. i still got a top 100 ranking. maybe i was just lucky.
why are there only 2 mob wars badges on kong? you don't get any more after you get to london. maybe more players would join and keep playing mob...

all i can say is... wow. if cheating is worse in other games, i'm glad that i'm playing here. there are enough here, i sure don't want to play...
