Actually you stated above that "don't get reward for it" hence my reply. You do get the reward, just no pop-up, whoopie it's not a bug.
Sounds like the quest was "visit lotto page" to me and you won't receive a loot chest for that, only 1 extra lottery ticket

His 3rd thread on this, it's been answered and he won't reply to the posts as of why when explained to him.
On lottery page, there is [My Tickets] click that and a page will open, and click "Validate" next to the tickets. ;)
