If you're the highest in your tier group of damage dealt you are more likely to get superior drop from what I've experienced.

Can I ask what level you are? As that is what the previous tier was and it did NOT work. So I think the new tiers would work.

It has been done on LCN raids unsure if on VC but for those with massive energy it could be worked to get raids killed although it won't benefit...
I only play LCN raids and I'm sorry but 2/1 ratio of you think u can do that then I'd like to see how many drops u don't get as you wouldnt have...

Have you actually looked at the stats for cold tier?? If it's on LCN you would definitely use them

You don't have to spend thousands but you need to spend a fair amount. But only the Devs can tell you exactly how much is needed :)
It's all dependant on how much you spend. You won't get very high without spending and that is a certainty.
