Maybe drops are depending about health or skills on attack defense but I doubt , I also had the impresion that the closer you are from the boss...
Not necesarly , they could give us more stamina acording to the level we are, for exemple level 0-1000 /50 stam, lvl 1000-2000/100 stam , lvl 2000...
