Yes that is true, it is 30 stamina but,I guess it is cause that game is set up different from the other three.
it all depends on how your skill points are allocated. Use 1 or 5 stam and if ya get to that point ya lose less.
We have a slider, you can use 20 stam, I don't use 20, I only use 5 so for me not necessary, just to rush thru things. The BA slider goes up...
