i have over 3k max energy and over 5500 max stams, neither of those points are an issue and trust me, im glad the adventure drops are so...

i would have to know your style of play before giving any sound advice...personally i think attack is insanely more important than defense unless...
haha i agree but a different perspective is never a bad thing....im good at taking a half decent idea and making it into a great one...at times ;p
and theres no mistakes early on in the game that cant be easily fixed.... think long term...in a thousand levels you'll have accumulated over...
with tons of health and stamina your best bet would be to boss level, look for bosses with low defense and destroy them
most likely its an incentive to get more guilds to play, even if they dont compete or buy refills they can hit for exp and it gives the competers...
