Low level new players have raids to level so much faster, what took us years to reach they can do in a matter of months now, so they need to stop...
Personally I don't see them filling up any faster than when we had tiers, and in VC I actually got on some public ones where I never have before ....

Yeah I am actually not seeing a downside, so far, my first raid came down, and I only had 22 players on it, I invited them all, and no issues :)
