it happens on kong both vc and pc and I collected about 17 minutes after lottery went off
ok got it right it was a old post from october on this thread that I mistakenly replied too thinking it was newer

why does the lottery stay at 1 second sometimes for a while? like right now I try and collect for 12 mins and it says 1 second
I agree, but it does seem like its all about money right now
had more people spoken up when vc arena got changed maybe it wouldnt have been as bad and completely nerfed def skills
